During private coaching, we’ll create a custom plan that works for you, identifying your vision for your ideal life. We’ll create a roadmap to get there as quickly as possible. How Does Coaching Work?

COACHING SESSIONS

Coaching includes three, 60-minute sessions per month. I suggest a 3-6 month commitment, but you are welcome to work on a month-to-month basis. We meet via Skype or phone call.

During our first session, we’ll focus on why you’re ready for coaching, and where you want to get started.

Next, we’ll paint the picture of your ideal life and discuss how you’re going to get there starting where you are now. In coaching, you’re in the driver’s seat. You set the goals, and you decide the focus of each session. You choose what’s most important to you, and your priorities.

Over the next few weeks and months, you’ll start to have new awareness and insight around the old situations, beliefs, and patterns that are no longer working for you. You’ll have some major “AHA” moments. As you focus more on self-care, people and activities that drain your energy will become more noticeable. You’ll start setting boundaries, saying “no” and stop putting up with anything that isn’t serving you.

When you eliminate the consistent stressors that are draining your time and energy, you can focus fully on your goals! This is where the magic happens.

You have my support in, and outside of our sessions. I work with a small number of one-on-one clients so I’m able to offer this added value. I care about my clients and make myself available via email if you want to:

  • Celebrate a milestone after reaching a goal you’ve been working towards
